LogiSync is a production-grade, offline-first inventory management system built with React 19, Vite 8, and Firebase. Deployed to Firebase Hosting and packaged as a native Android app via a Kotlin WebView wrapper, it gives small and medium businesses real-time stock visibility across every device from a single codebase. It ships with barcode/QR scanning, CSV import/export, bilingual UI (EN/ZH), dark/light mode, automated weekly backups, and Sentry production monitoring.

Small businesses rely on spreadsheets or outdated tools that offer no real-time sync, no multi-device access, and no automated alerts. Stockouts and overstock cost time and money — yet affordable, modern solutions with proper security, offline capability, and mobile access remain out of reach for most SMEs. Existing tools also lack the audit trail and data portability that businesses need when scaling.

A React 19 + Vite 8 web app with Firestore real-time listeners, persistent offline cache, and multi-tab sync — so the UI never shows stale data and works without a connection. Granular Firestore security rules enforce owner-based access with field-level validation. An html5-qrcode barcode/QR scanner lets staff look up or create items instantly from their camera. CSV import/export enables bulk data migration with smart folder mapping. A Kotlin Android WebView wrapper (SDK 26–34) packages the full web experience as a native app, with camera and file picker permissions natively handled. Cloud Functions automate weekly Firestore exports to Google Cloud Storage. Sentry captures errors, performance traces, and session replays in production.
